  • Orders are subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you promptly.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control.
  • Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
  • Please inspect your package upon receipt. Report any damage or discrepancies within 48 hours.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, provided items are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Electrical parts, special orders, and custom-cut items are non-returnable.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • A restocking fee of 15% may apply to certain returns.

6. Warranty

  • Products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, where applicable.
  • Warranty claims must be submitted with proof of purchase.
  • Warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
